The operator has simply to push the loading carriage, with the stack of sheets to be processed, into the loading bay.

The carriage can be prepared and loaded with the sheet material in another area of the production site. This ensures maximum, continued productivity and flexibility, as the carriage is only pushed into the loading bay when the previous jobs have finished. The carriage is then automatically raised on the Z-axis until it reaches the exact loading height for the first sheet on the stack.
A suction cup gantry then lifts the sheet and moves it on the working area.

Elitron’s patented underside vision system can be integrated with the AFS (Automatic Feeding System). It reads the printing reference marks directly from the underside and centres the digital cutting file with the graphics printed on each sheet.
The SDS system automatically adjusts the focus, brightness, and high-precision recognition to read the pairs of printed reference marks.

Automatic system to align sheets with the 0 point prior to them being loading onto the working area.
This process perfectly aligns the individual sheets even if the material stack is misaligned.

Suction-cup loading gantry that lifts the sheet and moves it on to the working area.
The gantry uses a sheet separation system which also eliminates any eventual electrostatic between sheets.

Eliminates any contact between sheets when they are being loaded from the stack to the working area.
The sheet floats above the loading stack, using an interposed mechanism, as it is automatically loaded onto the working area, thus preventing any damage or scratches to the next sheet on the stack.
